We are pleased to announce the launch of the LA-EU Community of Practice (CoP) in WBL Excellence, a dedicated space for professionals, experts, and organizations from Latin America and Europe to collaborate and advance Work-Based Learning (WBL) practices.
This community has been established in collaboration with FIR an der RWTH Aachen, INFODEF, CTA, and CAMEXA, with the goal of fostering international dialogue and promoting best practices in vocational education and training. By bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences, the CoP aims to support the development of sustainable value chains and enhance workforce skills in key industries.
A Space for Knowledge Exchange and Collaboration
The LA-EU Community of Practice serves as an interactive platform where members can:
- Share insights and experiences related to WBL implementation.
- Engage in discussions on challenges and opportunities in vocational training.
- Contribute success stories and case studies that showcase effective WBL models.
How to Get Involved
To support this initiative, we have published our first posts, setting the stage for meaningful exchanges and knowledge-sharing. We invite professionals, training institutions, and industry representatives to:
- Participate in discussions by engaging with our posts and sharing experiences.
- Contribute case studies and best practices to enhance collective learning.
- Explore our brochure, which outlines the objectives and benefits of joining the CoP.
This is an opportunity to collaborate with a global network, gain valuable insights, and help shape the future of vocational training.
