As part of the VET4CHAINS project, we have developed an evaluation system specifically designed for continuous training programs based on the Work-Based Learning (WBL) methodology.
The system aims to:
- Assess the long-term impact of WBL training on VET practitioners.
- Measure changes 6–12 months after training.
- Evaluate skills gap reduction, employability, applicability of learning, and organizational improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of training programs through evidence-based feedback.
In this video, Amanda Aranda Núñez, from FIR e.V. at RWTH Aachen University and part of the VET4CHAINS team, presents the system, its key dimensions, and how the results will be used to adapt future training, strengthen WBL-industry collaboration, and inform institutional strategies.
